American Journalism Review questioned why CNN “partnered with the Tea Party Express” to host a Republican Party debate.

The Tea Party Express “is a registered political action committee,” according to AJR.  AJR suggested that the issue at hand is CNN’s working with a political movement.  According to AJR, CNN’s Sam Feist stated that CNN wasn’t “endorsing their views at all” by working with the Tea Party Express. What they were really doing, then, remains a mystery.tea party
