News Corp.-owned Times of London apologized again for the email hacking of blogger Richard Horton, the Guardian reported.

Horton, as iMediaEthics has written, blogged anonymously on the Nightjack blog, until the Times revealed his identity.  Times editor James Harding apologized earlier this year during the Leveson Inquiry for the 2009 hacking, and Horton sued.  News International paid him £42,500 in a settlement earlier this month.

This most recent apology, according to the Guardian, was this past week in the UK High Court.
