The happy Americans become "Kiwis" when depicted in the "Labour party leaflet."

The New Zealand Herald’s Edward Gay wrote:

The Australian government identified the happy family in the stock photo as Aussies; whereas, New Zealand’s Labour party labeled the same family as typical Kiwis. Sharp-eyed blogger Steve McIntyre at ClimateAudit, also noted that this family photo is Horrock’s second controversy. The first dust up, was the fake housing disaster photo where Horrocks “graphically rendered” flood water in an iStock photo published in a draft CCSP report.
