Michigan Superintentent Suspended for Plagiarism

Michigan’s Zeeland Schools superintendent Dave Barry has been suspended for two weeks “without pay” after he “admitted he had committed plagiarism more than once at the district,” Michigan Live reported.

As we wrote earlier this month, Barry was busted for plagiarizing “396 words out of 437” in his newsletter from an education blogger, WOOD-TV reported.  He apologized for the plagiarism directly to the blogger and to recipients of the newsletter.

According to WOOD TV,  “no one would comment on the other instances” of plagiarism by Barry.
