Bloomberg focused on the committee that is looking into and reviewing News Corp’s UK papers in an Oct. 11 article.

According to Bloomberg, News Corp. is being advised by law firm Linklaters LLP and isn’t looking into the phone hacking at News of the World. Instead, the committee will focus on the Sun, the Times and the Sunday Times, and look at their standards.

Three executive committee members have worked for News International as a former general manager, a former corporate affairs director, and one of News. Corp.s general counsel, according to Bloomberg,

News Corp. rejected “calls by proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services for the ouster of 13 out of 15 board members” and defended Rupert Murdoch’s salary.
