A Michigan school superintendent plagiarized “396 words out of 437” from education blogger Mike Rutherford, NBC-affiliate WOOD-TV reported.

The superintendent, Dave Barry, posted the plagiarism in “an employee newsletter with his name signed at the bottom.”  Barry said it was “a mistake” to not credit Rutherford.  Barry “refused to comment on camera” but sent apologies to Rutherford and to the staff who received the newsletter.

WOOD-TV posted here Barry’s newsletter and a link to Rutherford’s post.
